Mardi Gras

Get your beads and your crazy costumes and head down to New Orleans, its time to organize your krewe and party the night away. The royal court is assembling. Kings, Queens and Jesters adorn themselves in purple, green and gold, the colors of Mardi Gras and celebrate in the streets with music, dancing and parading in the days leading up to Ash Wednesday. You can turn any town into the French Quarter and any street can become Bourbon Street even if its just a day when you have Mardi Gras costumes and accessories from here.

Fat Tuesday dates back to the 17th century. A tradition from that time which is still popular today is the Masquerade Ball. Guests disguise themselves with masks so they can get wild without being recognized. We feature a large selection of masks along with our Mardi Gras outfits but you can also wear them with your street clothes to participate in the festivities in style. Carnival Queen dresses are both elegant and sexy. Some feature long dresses with harlequin patterns and others feature racy Carnival showgirl outfits with sequins. King costumes are regal with robes and crowns. Jester costumes, as you would expect, are humorous with bold blocks of color and pointed jester hats with bells on the tips.
